Orica Director Increases Shareholding

Orica Limited (AU:ORI) has released an update.

In a recent notice to the Australian Securities Exchange, Orica Limited announced that Director Vanessa Ann Guthrie has altered her interest in the company through on-market trades. Guthrie’s holdings in Orica have increased by 3,970 ordinary shares across two transactions, with the total number of securities held amounting to 10,987 after the changes.
