Organto Foods Inc., an organic and non-GMO food provider, has applied for a Management Cease Trade Order to extend the deadline for filing its annual financial statements, originally due April 29, 2024, due to unexpected delays caused by recent personnel changes. The company anticipates completing the necessary filings by June 30, 2024, and has committed to bi-weekly updates until the filings are complete. During this period, an insider trading blackout has been put in place.
