OrganiGram Holdings Inc. has completed a public offering, raising C$28.8 million to bolster its balance sheet and fund future growth initiatives. The offering involved the sale of over 8.9 million units at C$3.23 each, including full utilization of an over-allotment option. The proceeds are earmarked for expanding the company’s cannabis production and general corporate purposes.
