Orford Mining Corporation (TSE:ORM) has released an update.
Orford Mining Corporation has announced that its shareholders have approved a plan of arrangement for Alamos Gold Inc. to acquire all outstanding Orford shares not already owned by Alamos. The acquisition is contingent upon final court approval and satisfaction of customary closing conditions, with an expected completion date of April 3, 2024. Additionally, Orford has secured a contingency credit facility from Alamos of up to C$2 million if the arrangement is not completed by April 15, 2024.
