Orezone Gold Corporation is navigating a transition period with the retirement of board members Michael Halvorson and Charles Oliver, while welcoming Tara Hassan as a new board nominee. Halvorson, the outgoing Chair, will take on an advisory role after a tenure that saw the successful development of the Bomboré project. The company also celebrates the successful completion of the Bomboré Mine construction and its first full operational year, with a new board Chair to be appointed following the upcoming annual general meeting.
