Orbital Corporation Limited (AU:OEC) has released an update.
Orbital Corporation Ltd reports pre-production for UAV engines for Textron Systems and DSO National Laboratories, with initial orders extending beyond FY25 and their first Southeast Asian client’s delivery rescheduled for FY25 Q1. Financially, the company has seen a boost with other income events totaling $2.8m and remains on track for full repayment of a WA Government Loan by December 2024. The firm also continues to invest in R&D to enhance their UAV propulsion systems, with a prototype for a larger engine type expected early 2025.
