Allied Irish Banks (Adr) (AIBRF) has released an update.
Orbis Investment Management Limited has altered its voting rights in AIB Group plc, crossing the 3% threshold to reach a holding of 3.2322% on May 8, 2024. This change in voting rights has been officially communicated to AIB Group and the Central Bank of Ireland on May 13, 2024. The total number of voting rights now held by Orbis, on behalf of various funds, stands at 78,235,149.
