Orasure Technologies (OSUR) just unveiled an announcement.
At OraSure Technologies, Inc.’s 2024 Annual Meeting held on May 14, stockholders approved a significant amendment to the Stock Award Plan, increasing the number of shares authorized for grants by 3 million. The meeting also saw the election of two Class III Directors, the ratification of Grant Thornton LLP as the independent auditor, and approval of executive compensation, among other agenda items. Despite the approval of a contingency to adjourn the meeting for additional proxy solicitation if needed, this was ultimately deemed unnecessary.
