Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. has announced the appointment of Mr. Avraham Gabay as the new Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary, set to begin on June 18, 2024. Gabay brings a wealth of experience, having previously held financial leadership roles at BiomX Inc., Oravax Inc., and other notable firms. He is also a certified public accountant and a member of the Israeli Bar Association. His compensation includes a monthly salary, bonuses, equity grants, and a company car, all determined by the company’s Board of Directors and Compensation Committee.
