Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. is set to boost its working capital and general corporate purposes through a $429,000 non-brokered private placement. This capital raise will involve the sale of 3.9 million units at $0.11 each, inclusive of common shares and warrants. Notably, significant subscriptions are coming from the company’s Chairman and Silver Elephant Mining Corp. to maintain their respective ownership stakes.
