Ora Banda Mining Ltd has reported a change in the holdings of Director Peter Mansell, who acquired 43,571 fully paid ordinary shares at a deemed issue price of $0.2582 per share, increasing his indirect interest through Manfam Pty Ltd to a total of 10,406,751 shares. This transaction is part of the company’s policy to issue shares in lieu of cash payment for Director’s fees, a practice approved by shareholders at the last Annual General Meeting. Additionally, a transfer of 156,749 shares from Elizabeth Jane Mansell’s indirect holding to Manfam Pty Ltd was also noted.
