Opus One Gold Corporation has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $261,000 through the issuance of over 13 million Units. The offering, which was made available to accredited investors in Canada, includes common shares and warrants that are subject to a four-month hold period. Company insiders also participated, contributing $50,000 to the proceeds without the need for a formal valuation or minority shareholder approval.
