Optimi Health Corp., a leader in psychedelics pharmaceutical manufacturing, is nearing the completion of its private placement offering, aiming to raise up to CAD$1.5 million for enhancements including a Drug Establishment License and general capital needs. The company has also engaged Very Polite Agency Inc. for public relations services and proudly announces the completion of Health Canada’s GMP compliance inspection for its Drug Establishment Licence.
