Oprah Winfrey Exits, WW International Board Downsizing

WW International, Inc. (WW) has provided an announcement.

Oprah Winfrey has decided not to seek re-election on the Board of Directors at the upcoming annual shareholders meeting scheduled for May 9, 2024. Her departure is amicable, with no disagreements over the Company’s operations, policies, or practices mentioned. Following her exit, the Board will downsize from ten to nine members.
