Oportun Financial Corporation has expanded its Board of Directors from seven to nine members, welcoming seasoned professionals Mr. Carlos Minetti and Mr. Mohit Daswani. Minetti, with a rich history at Discover Financial Services and various board roles, joins committees on Credit Risk and Governance. Daswani, the CFO of ThoughtSpot and former Square and PayPal executive, will contribute to the Audit and Risk Committee. Both appointees will receive compensation per the company’s policy and will be granted stock awards that vest in 2024, aligning with the company’s commitment to strong leadership and governance.
