Opera (OPRA) has released an update.
Opera Limited, the renowned browser developer, has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.40 per American Depositary Share (ADS), with a total distribution of approximately $35.4 million scheduled for July 15, 2024. Shareholders on record by July 2, 2024, will be eligible for the dividend, which will be partially offset against receivables from Opera’s majority shareholder, Kunlun Tech Limited, related to a previous asset sale.
