OpenLearning Limited has announced a significant increase in Director Matthew Reede’s stake in the company, with on-market purchases totaling 970,000 ordinary fully paid shares at $0.015 each, raising his total holdings to 1,000,000 shares. Additionally, Reede was granted 1,000,000 unlisted options, exercisable into ordinary shares at $0.05 each, with no vesting period and a five-year expiry, subject to conditions outlined in the 2024 Annual General Meeting notice.
