Jason Kilar will be stepping down from Opendoor Technologies Inc.’s Board of Directors after the company’s annual stockholder meeting in June 2024, with no disputes cited as the reason for his departure. Meanwhile, Eric Feder, a seasoned real estate and technology investment executive, joins the board in May 2024 with a term extending to the 2026 annual meeting. Feder’s experience includes leadership roles at LENX, LLC, and Lennar Corporation, and he will be compensated according to the company’s policy for non-employee directors. The company publicly announced these board changes with a press release on May 2, 2024.
