The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a dividend of $0.25 per Common Share, payable to shareholders on record as of March 1, 2024, with the payment date on March 20, 2024. OpenText is committed to its dividend program, although future dividends are subject to Board approval each quarter. Factors influencing these decisions include the Company’s financial status and other cash requirements that may serve shareholders’ best interests. Dividend payments are also contingent on compliance with contractual obligations, such as those in existing credit agreements, and there is no guarantee of future dividends being consistent with past amounts.
