Open Orphan Plc has notified that Octopus Investments Limited has increased its voting rights in the company, crossing the threshold on July 4, 2024, resulting in a total voting rights hold of 3.1%, up from the previous notification of 2.97%. The new total number of voting rights held by Octopus Investments is 21,075,000 shares, which was disclosed to Open Orphan Plc on July 5, 2024.
