Onward Holdings Co., Ltd. has decided to acquire the remaining shares of WEGO Co., Ltd., turning it into a wholly owned subsidiary. Previously holding a 20.27% stake, Onward aims to rejuvenate WEGO’s business, expecting profitability in fiscal 2024 after five years of losses.
