OneMain Holdings, Inc. has confirmed that Rajive Chadha has stepped down as Executive Vice President and COO, effective March 31, 2024. He will continue to advise the company until September 15, 2024. Following his departure, Chadha will receive separation benefits in line with the company’s severance plan as outlined in the recent shareholder meeting.
