Oneiro Energy PLC, an LSE-listed firm focusing on the energy transition, is pleased to report a successful IPO on 25 May 2023, raising £1.2 million and maintaining low overheads to ensure fiscal discipline. Although the company has not generated significant revenue, it ended the year with £782k in cash and is actively seeking acquisition targets within the hydrocarbon sector and green energy spaces to eventually generate revenue.
