One World Lithium Advances Private Placement Offering

One World Lithium (TSE:OWLI) has released an update.

One World Lithium Inc. has successfully completed the first part of its non-brokered private placement, raising $276,955 through the issuance of over 9 million units. The company plans to extend the offering to reach a total of $500,000 in gross proceeds. Each unit sold includes a common share and a warrant, which allows the purchase of an additional share at a set price over a 36-month period.
