Ondo InsurTech Plc has successfully passed two critical resolutions during its General Meeting, paving the way for the advancement of their Placing and Open Offer proposals. The company’s directors, including CEO Craig Foster and CFO Kevin Withington, notably increased their stake by subscribing for additional shares. Following these developments, Ondo InsurTech Plc is set to have its new ordinary shares listed and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange.
