Ondas Holdings Inc. has appointed Neil Laird as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary, following Yishay Curelaru’s resignation due to his military service in Israel. An experienced executive, Laird brings a wealth of financial expertise from his time with companies like Mobileum Inc. and NovAccess Global Inc., and will continue to work with AM Consulting, from which Ondas Holdings has agreed to purchase CFO services. This new arrangement includes a monthly fee and stock warrants, reflecting Laird’s dual focus on Ondas and his ongoing roles.
