Oncolytics Biotech (TSE:ONC) has released an update.
Oncolytics Biotech Inc. has entered into an equity distribution agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. to periodically sell up to US$50,000,000 of its common shares. The sales will be conducted as ‘at-the-market’ offerings, subject to certain limitations and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. will sell the shares on behalf of Oncolytics Biotech, earning a commission of 3.0% on the gross proceeds from each sale.
