With a rich background in investor relations and corporate strategy, including senior roles at Axon Enterprise and strategic consultancy for Tesla, Inc., Ms. James brings a wealth of experience to the role. Her compensation includes a $325,000 base salary, with a potential annual bonus of 50%, along with comprehensive severance and equity terms. James has no familial ties to the company’s executives and her appointment is independent of any other agreements.
