Omnia Metals Group Ltd has resolved a legal dispute with Dixie Gold Inc. through an out-of-court settlement, allowing Omnia to refocus on its exploration projects without any liability. The dispute, which centered around a breach of contract and misrepresentation claims related to a failed acquisition, concluded with Omnia making a nominal payment of C$50,000. With this issue behind them, Omnia is now gearing up to resume trading on the ASX and is concentrating on promising exploration activities, including their Lithium Project in Quebec.
