Grupo Aeroportuario Del Centro (OMAB) has released an update.
Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, known as OMA, reported a 4.96% decrease in passenger traffic for March 2024 compared to the same month last year, with a notable decline in domestic traffic by 7.36% and an increase in international traffic by 10.04%. The decline is partly attributed to the impact of Hurricane Otis on Acapulco Airport, which operated normally despite the event; excluding this airport, the combined traffic for the remaining 12 airports fell by 2.97%. OMA operates 13 international airports across central and northern Mexico and is publicly traded on the Mexican Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
