Old National Bancorp Announces New CFO and Executive Changes

The latest update is out from Old National Bancorp Capital (ONB).

Old National Bancorp has appointed John V. Moran, IV as its new Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 31, 2024, with a compensation package that includes a $600,000 base salary, incentive plans, and a one-time restricted stock award. Moran has been with the company since 2017, ascending from corporate strategy roles to interim CFO. Concurrently, the company’s former CFO, Brendon B. Falconer, will leave on the same day, receiving a severance payment of over $2.6 million according to his employment agreement, with pro-rated vesting of stock awards and benefits.
