Old Mutual Ltd. (ODMUF) has released an update.

Old Mutual Limited has announced that Kerrin Dale Land, a prescribed officer of the company, has made two separate on-market purchases of ordinary shares on June 7, 2024, with a total investment of close to R197,000. These transactions at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange are part of the company’s disclosure in compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements. The financial services group, with a 178-year legacy, operates primarily in Africa and has a niche presence in Asia.
