Olam Group’s Subsidiary Raises $65M via Private Notes

Olam Group’s subsidiary, ofi, has successfully issued US$65 million in 5-year floating rate notes through a private placement, with Mizuho Securities acting as the dealer. The funds raised will be used to refinance existing loans and support general corporate activities.
