Olam Group Limited has announced changes to its Board Committees effective from April 25, 2024, following the retirement of Mr. Nihal Kaviratne who served as Non-Executive and Independent Director. Dr. Ajai Puri will take over the chairmanship of the Sustainability Committee, while the Audit and Risk Committee sees a realignment in its members.
