Olam Agri Australia Pty Ltd has made an off-market takeover offer to acquire all ordinary shares of Namoi Cotton Limited, resulting in a change of interests for the substantial holder. The takeover bid details were disclosed as required by corporate regulations, indicating an increase in Olam Agri’s voting power in Namoi Cotton from 3.31% to 4.60% after acquiring additional shares.
