Olam Agri Australia Pty Ltd has extended its takeover bid for Namoi Cotton Limited, with the offer now set to close on 13 August 2024. Namoi shareholders are encouraged to review the terms in the Bidder’s Statement at www.olamoffer.com.au and take action to accept the offer if they have not already done so. The extension notice has been filed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and has been distributed to Namoi shareholders.
