OFX Group Director’s Equity Stake Increases

OFX Group Ltd. (AU:OFX) has released an update.

OFX Group Limited has notified the ASX of an update to Director John Alexander Malcolm’s interests, which includes the acquisition of 833,067 Performance Rights under the company’s Executive Share Plan. These Performance Rights are tied to both short-term incentives for FY24 and long-term incentives for FY25, as approved by shareholders. Post-acquisition, Malcolm now holds over 2 million Performance Rights, in addition to his existing shareholding of over 3 million Ordinary Fully Paid shares.
