OFX Group Ltd. (AU:OFX) has released an update.
OFX Group Limited Director John Alexander Malcolm has altered his stake in the company, with a significant transaction involving the conversion of 632,579 Performance Rights into Ordinary Fully Paid shares, estimated at $2.12 each. Following this change, Malcolm now holds a total of 3,013,002 Ordinary Fully Paid shares, including some that remain restricted under employee incentive schemes. These changes are a result of the vesting conditions being met for the company’s long-term and short-term incentive plans.
