D. Anthony Scaglione, the CFO of The ODP Corporation, will be leaving the company for a new opportunity on September 13, 2024. Gerry P. Smith, currently the CEO, will temporarily take over as the principal financial officer while the company searches for a permanent CFO. There are no conflicts of interest or prearranged deals affecting Smith’s interim position. The transition will be supported by the company’s financial team, ensuring continuity until a new CFO is appointed.
