Octopus Future Generations VCT PLC has successfully issued 780,434 new Ordinary Shares at 89.5p each, in line with their latest prospectus, concluding their offer to raise up to £20 million over two tax years. The shares are set to be admitted to the Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange around October 24, 2024. Following this final allotment, the company’s issued share capital and total voting rights now stand at 53,941,104.
