Octopus Future Generations VCT PLC has announced the issuance of 250,639 new Ordinary Shares as part of their fundraising effort to secure up to £20 million across two tax years. The shares, priced at 96.6p based on the latest NAV, will be admitted to the FCA’s Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange around June 19, 2024. Following the issue, the total voting rights and issued share capital of the company have increased to 53,160,670.
