Octopus Titan VCT plc has announced the buyback and cancellation of 24,254,154 of its ordinary shares, with the transaction affecting the company’s total issued share capital and voting rights, which now stand at 1,666,741,092 shares. Shareholders may need to reassess their notification obligations to the Company in light of the new total voting rights figure. The company’s share capital adjustment is part of its ongoing corporate strategy.
