Octopus Titan VCT plc has successfully concluded its subscription offer after issuing the final allotment of Ordinary Shares on April 5, 2024, raising a total of £125 million, with additional funds through an over-allotment facility. The offer aimed to accumulate capital for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 tax years and is now officially closed.
