Octopus Apollo VCT plc has expanded its share capital with the issuance of 217,562 new Ordinary Shares at 49.2p each, following its equity issue on 8 May 2024. The shares cater to investors opting to pay their advisers below the standard ongoing charge since the Retail Distribution Review. With the new shares, the company’s total voting rights have increased to 843,853,899, impacting the calculations for shareholder notifications.
