Octopus Apollo VCT has successfully issued over 39 million new ordinary shares, raising £50 million with an additional £25 million over-allotment facility in the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 tax years. Priced at 52.6p per share, these shares are set to commence trading on the London Stock Exchange around mid-December 2024. This increase brings the company’s total issued share capital to over 942 million shares, offering investors new opportunities in the financial market.
