Octopus Apollo VCT plc has announced the closure of its subscription offer after successfully reaching its £85 million target, which comprised a £70 million base with an additional £15 million over-allotment. The offer was part of a fundraising initiative for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 tax years, as detailed in the company’s recent prospectuses.
