Octopus Apollo VCT plc, a venture capital trust, has announced the issuance of 5,716,752 Ordinary Shares priced at 48.4p each. These shares are issued under the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Scheme as an alternative to the interim dividend. The company has applied for these shares to be admitted to the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and to begin trading on the London Stock Exchange from January 6, 2025. This allotment includes shares allocated to several directors of the company. The total issued share capital and voting rights now stand at 943,851,421, which will be used by shareholders for interest notifications under the FCA’s rules.
