Octopus AIM VCT plc has announced that its issued share capital is now 201,993,730 Ordinary shares with each share valued at 1p, and there are no shares held in treasury. This total number of shares is also the total number of voting rights available within the company. Shareholders can use this figure as a reference for notifying changes in their interest as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
