Octopus AIM VCT 2 (GB:OSEC) has released an update.
Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc has recently bought back 430,789 of its own shares for cancellation, acquiring them at a price of 42.42p each. As a consequence of this buyback, the company’s issued share capital and total voting rights now stand at 183,036,936 ordinary shares. Shareholders can use this new total to assess whether they need to adjust or report their shareholdings according to regulatory requirements.
