Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc has recently bought back 514,128 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, at a price of 40.8p each. This buyback has resulted in a new total of 185,173,739 ordinary shares, which also represents the company’s total voting rights. Shareholders can use this information to assess any changes in their stake in the company as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
